When we receive your order, we will start the preparation.

Sometimes we send an email to make arrangements, but you will always receive three pieces of information in sequence:

- We have received the order

- We have prepared the goods, in the attachment the invoice for checking, bank details for payment      before sending the goods, tentative delivery date.

- After receiving payment, we send the packages on their way to you.

We ship the goods via FROGMANN Ltd. with the option of choosing the delivery company in your country. In the price list of this company you can not only check the delivery price conditions,

but also the portfolio of cooperating companies ( https://www.postabezhranic.cz/cenik/).

This is followed by information that the parcel has been received by a public carrier and the tracking number of the parcel.

The goods are sent to the address you specified in your order as the delivery address.

If you are a VAT payer and have entered the correct tax number in your order, we issue an invoice without tax.

Otherwise, the invoice is stamped with the Czech VAT rate.

Shipping prices:

30 kg is the maximum weight for one package transported by FROGMANN Ltd. and its partners.

Therefore, we pack 29 kg of goods, something to be counted per package.

The transport companies do not recognize any tolerance, there are huge fines for exceeding, no need to take risks.

International delivery of one package up to 30 kg is differently expensive for each country,

For the purpose of international shipping we pack the goods in new PP bags at a price of 2,- € p.d./pc.

For all deliveries a discount on delivery costs applies, here is an overview:

Total price including tax Discount granted in %.

provided that the cost of transport with tax does not exceed 15% of the total value of the goods.

If so, the discount is calculated as a percentage of the limit, i.e. 15% of the total value of the goods.

The price including VAT shall be used for the calculation.

Our tip (valid for Germany, Austria, Poland):

For example, if you place an order and we pack the goods for just € 380 (incl. tax),

then delivery is free as long as the shipping cost does not exceed 15% of the value of the goods, i.e. € 57.

To give you an idea.

- no more than 4 packages (4x29 = 116 kg) via FROGMANN Ltd.

It is basically the same as if you were buying anywhere in a wholesale store without leaving your home.
